Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use snegov.co or any app we publish, including apps that connect to your Google account such as Access4U. snegov.co (“we”, “us”) is the personal venture of Oleg Snegov, based in Springfield, Missouri, USA. By using the site or an app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Using the site and apps
You may use the site and apps for your own personal or business purposes, as long as you do so lawfully and do not interfere with them or with other people's use of them. In particular, you agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account or data;
- probe, scan, overload or disrupt the site or apps, or bypass their security or spam protection;
- use the contact form or any app to send unsolicited, abusive or unlawful content;
- copy, resell or redistribute the site or apps, or reverse engineer them beyond what applicable law allows.
2. Google-connected apps
Some of our apps can connect to your Google account. Connecting is your choice. When you do, Google shows you which permissions the app requests, and the app acts only on your instructions within those permissions. You can disconnect at any time from your Google account permissions page, after which the app stops having access.
You are responsible for your Google account and for keeping its credentials secure. Google's own terms and policies also apply to your use of Google services. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
3. Your content and data
Anything you send through the contact form or make available to an app remains yours. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service you asked for. How we handle personal information, including Google user data, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
4. Availability and changes
The site and apps are provided as they are, and some of them are early or experimental. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of them at any time, and we may update these terms. When we do, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the site or apps after a change means you accept the updated terms.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its design and content, the snegov.co name and marks, and the apps we publish belong to us or our licensors. You may view and use them as intended; no other license is granted. Third-party names and marks, including Google, belong to their respective owners.
6. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any results obtained from them will be accurate.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site or apps. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or apps is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in question in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
8. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the site or an app if you break these terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using them at any time, and you can disconnect any Google-connected app as described above. Sections 3 and 5 through 10 survive termination.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Greene County, Missouri, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
