Privacy Policy

Effective September 16, 2026

snegov.co (“we”, “us”) is the personal venture of Oleg Snegov, based in Springfield, Missouri, USA. This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit snegov.co or connect a Google account to one of the apps we publish. We collect very little, and this page is meant to be read, not skimmed past.

1. The website

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address and message, plus company, phone and website if you choose to add them. We use it for one purpose: to reply to you. The message is delivered to our inbox by email. It is not added to any mailing list, not shared with anyone, and not used for marketing.

Spam protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address and browser signals to tell people from bots. Turnstile may set a strictly necessary cookie to run its check. Cloudflare's handling of that data is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Hosting and logs

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, it processes request data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. We keep request logs for a few days for troubleshooting, then they are gone.

Fonts

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser fetches them from Google's servers, which see your IP address in the process. See Google's privacy policy.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and what kind of device and browser they use. Google Analytics sets cookies (for example _ga) so it can tell one visit from the next. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. The data is processed by Google under Google's privacy policy; we use it only in aggregate to see what is read and what is not. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies for this site.

What we do not do

2. Google account data

We publish tools that can connect to your Google account. Today that is Access4U. This section applies to any app we publish that signs in with Google.

What we access

When you connect a Google account, Google shows you exactly which permissions (“scopes”) the app is asking for before you approve. The app accesses only the data covered by those scopes, and only after you consent. It never requests more than the features you use require.

How we use it

Google user data is used solely to provide and improve the features you asked the app to perform on your behalf. We do not use it for advertising. We do not sell it. We do not use it to build profiles of you, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Who can see it

We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except:

No person reads your Google data unless you have explicitly agreed to it, it is needed for security purposes such as investigating abuse, it is required by law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized so it no longer identifies you.

How long we keep it

Access tokens and any Google data an app needs are stored securely and kept only as long as needed to provide the feature you are using. When you disconnect the app from your Google account, or ask us to delete your data, we delete it.

Your controls

Google API Services User Data Policy. Our apps' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Security

Everything is served over HTTPS. Credentials and tokens live in encrypted secret storage, never in code or on shared machines, and access follows the least-privilege principle. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

4. Children

Our site and apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

5. Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. Use the contact form and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes affecting Google-connected apps will also be surfaced inside the app.

7. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data: use the contact form on the home page. It reaches Oleg directly.
